Lil' Wayne fans support Drake and Nicki Minaj because they understand that it's beneficial to the label, and inherently, beneficial to the continual success of Birdman and Lil Wayne. Same for MMG; Ross fans support Meek Mill, Wale, and the overall MOVEMENT and the things they want to accomplish as a label. The strength of Lil' Wayne and Rick Ross' empires have contributed greatly to their careers as artists and businessmen. The saddest part of all of this is that Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse are AMAZING artists. It shouldn't even have to take the association with Eminem for you to recognize their undeniable talent. Shady Records artists continue to fail because the "fans" show a lack of concern of the broader picture and the expansion of the label. Most Eminem fans care about, live and breath, support, and listen to one person: Eminem. It's a shame. - Alex
